If you are having difficulty managing your time to accommodate a healthy diet, you are not alone! I also find it challenging to stick to my goals of weight loss following the indulgences of the holidays. Unfortunately, an often-overlooked factor in eating well is having enough time available to plan and prepare nutritious low-carb and keto meals. Busy life commitments can easily get in the way of even our best intentions for a healthier lifestyle. Luckily, my Nana taught me some of the slow-cooked oven meals for low-carb and keto diets.

These slow cooked traditional meals are not only full of flavor and nutrition but they can also be prepared in a relatively short amount of time. She taught me how to make various dishes such as roasts with vegetables, stews, casseroles, and other wholesome meals, which helped keep my diet on track while still being enjoyable to eat.
